Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning perfect. Excellent facilities such as reception assistance, lobby bar, coffee and tea always available. Very good location near the Nachtmarkt, and within a 15 minute walk to inner city attractions.

Above all expectations!!! Super gentle stuff, amazing people, very helpful, in particular Lucia Mosna, Manuela Djordjevic, Kristina Stanzl, girls from SPA are super nice and professional. After checking out I realised I forgot my Sony headphones, they found them and send them to Italy just in two days. Hope to come back to Sacher hotel soon again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. not even for it’s incredible beauty but for attentive and kind staff that make you feel like a princess. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The family suite was really big and comfortable. The standard double room was a bit small though similar as with other hotel rooms in Europe. Little space to open luggages. Location is great, with a good bakeshop beside it. A few mins walk to the Opera and the pedestrian area.
