I liked everything in this hotel, from the room accommodation to the wonderful. Diana and Miroslav were extremely helpful and provided great customer service. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the near future as it exceeded my expectations.

This is possibly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The entire hotel is beautiful. Great location, subway access & bus lines are right outside and it’s a quick trip into the tourist areas of Vienna. Tons of shopping and restaurants in the area however things didn’t seem to stay open that late. Both the bakery & restaurant at the hotel were fantastic. Staff were very helpful, gave lots of good recommendations for dining, drinks, transportation.
