Every encounter with the hotel workers was marked by their professionalism and courtesy. We learned a lot about the history and great museums in the city thanks to Juliana! The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the city, I had easy access to all the attractions and dining options I wanted to explore. Whether I was strolling through the charming streets nearby or enjoying the view from my room, I was constantly reminded of how well-placed this hotel is. The Guesthouse was such a delight. Centrally located; just steps from the Habsburg Palace and the Opera House, the hotel offered very comfortable accommodations. The front staff were always smiling and eager to help with any requests. Because it is a small hotel, the staff seemed to quickly know us by name and we felt like it was home for the duration of our stay. We definitely would recommend The Guesthouse. Special note needs to be made about the on-site Brassierie. The wait staff was professional, accommodating and efficient, and the food was delicious.

Vienna's oldest hotel is located directly in the city center, only 164 feet away from Saint Stephen's Cathedral and in the immediate vicinity of many other sights.
