wonderful staff; able to assist when I could not climb stairs to original room booked; fabulous, whimsical art throughout the property; my new room was a childhood fantasy of a loft space with windows that opened to the street and sound of the River. Really wonderful kind and smart employees!!!

tasty breakfast, very nice atmosphere, smiling waitresses ready to help at any moment, choice of newspapers, peace and privacy during the breakfast. Perfect English of all employees working there. The view from the appartment was amazing!

Very spacious room and bathroom. Provided body lotion and one free bottled water. Nice pool even though we did not use it. Elevator is a bonus. No tea and coffee inside the room is a minus. Interesting artworks on every floor.

    Location is excellent. I was there for work at the University of Graz so the location was very convenient—just 5 minutes of walking there. There was a bus stop in front of the building and a 3-min walk to a tram stop so it was easy to get around the city. The apartment was very spacious and I think it's ideal for 4-5 people.

    The location was great, right in front of University of Graz. The apartment was very clean, totally furnished (they really did not miss a thing). You have a free parking if you need it. You could get walking almost all of the nice points of Graz.
