We had the apartment and both rooms were clean and equipped with modern furniture. I understand the complains about the soft mattress, but we actually liked it and slept well. We didn’t have breakfast. As there is a police station across the road, we felt very safe. Also, a lot of restaurants and grocery stores are in the neighborhood, plus the walk to the Naschmarkt was only 10min, city center around 25. Everything you may need is very close: metro (U4), supermarket, Naschmarkt & Mariahilfer Strasse (plus a generous sprinkling of low-key cafes, pubs and upbeat restaurants & bars nearby). You’ll find a similar local flavor nearby around Margaretenplatz. The appartment is on the basement so it is easily accesible. It seems recently renewable. The bed room is pretty big.
