The property has been recently renovated, and was excellent. The location was superb. The staff were all very friendly, and Dominic, the Manager was so helpful and friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help us, and recommend places for us to visit, as well as ringing to make restaurant reservations for us.

A classic Viennese-style hotel with history. I really liked the beautiful hotel public spaces, feeling like in a palace. One day there was a coffee machine in the lobby for free. Our rooms are classic, spotlessly clean. Breakfast fits the bill, although the variety could be more special. Delicious coffee to order. Very nice staff. We went to the airport in a booked spacious black car with a fixed price of the hotel.

Modern, clean and nice interior. The hotel has a lot of atmosphere, as you would expect in Vienna. We absolutely loved our stay. Location is perfect and the service is great.

Great location, at the edge of the busy part of the city - walking distance to everything you'd want to see, yet in a quiet street. The receptionists were all so kind and helpful. Special mention for Hamed who made extra efforts to accommodate a very unusual ask I had! :) Warm ambiance in the rooms, very comfortable mattresses and pillows, nice toiletries. Pleasant and cute common areas, an open self-service corner with a selection of tea and candy next to the reception. Last but not least: kudos to the hygiene staff for the impeccable cleanliness! All in all, Das Tigra is a great accommodation choice for a few days of exploring Vienna, highly recommended!

    We went to a morning training session.

    We went to a morning training session. The horses were exercising and going over steps. They performed to music. I enjoyed watching the horses and their riders, but if you are expecting to see the full show type display then this is not what this is. It shows the skill of the riders and explains the history of the school. The horses were all very well behaved.

    Wow, magnificent riding arena , a stunning Lipizzaner performance of the old Spanish Riding School. Spectacular performances of the famous white horses with the highest standard of classical training. Book early not to be dissapointed. We booked online. Loved it!

    We went to the training session as it was a cheaper option...

    We went to the training session as it was a cheaper option than the shows. The training session was boring. An hour of watching horses walk around in circles and sometimes do a bit of a canter or side stepping. Do the shows instead.

    We visited morning exercise. The horses are great. But!

    We visited morning exercise. The horses are great. But! Nether buy places at 2 Galerie. It is very high, and in order to see something, you'll need to stand all the time. The watching angle is also not convenient - you'll see everything from the top. We were not proposed to choose the places, just asked the category. We have not seen much performance - just several horses making tours of the arena and one-time short period some specific steps. Next time I would take ticket for some event, not just training.

    Super location right by the Spanish Riding School, library, Hoffburg, Sisi Museum. Venue downstairs has musical performances (prop the room door open to get the warm-up for free :) ) Beds were comfy and clean. Small kitchen area for making drinks and snacks. Very good wifi. Lift was a bit unnerving, so we used the stairs - worth it to see the glass!
