The hotel has an excellent location. It is in a quite neighbourhood, not in the hustle and bustle of the city yet close to all attractions. The breakfast was very good, served in a very well decorated restaurant with rich options. The room was very clean, well equipped with good amenities. The staff was very kind and friendly. They offered immediate help to fix a problem I had with my shoes. I had a very nice stay and will come back soon.

The room was beautiful and clean. The bathroom had underfloor heating, which was nice. We had a room to the garden, and it was very calm. However, the garden is also a smoking area, so you can't open the window the whole time if the smell bothered you. I liked that we had the option to decline everyday cleaning and as a result you would get a voucher for the bar. (The hotel has an eco-friendly label and prides itself on that, justifiably so) Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The location was ideal for us. You have access to the U-Bahn, Tram, Bus, S-Bahn. It's close to the Prater. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The have a luggage drop with big lockers, so it's secured and only you have the key to access it.
