The staff supported us by actively listening to us and did their best to fulfill our wishes. The location of the hotel was convenient as it is only a 6 minute walk to the metro and walking distance to many Vienna hotspots. The room was spacious and had a large bed. The hotel overall gave me the impression that it cares about safety, accessibility and being environmentally friendly. The hotel also had a sauna which we really enjoyed after a windy day. The bar on the roof terrace, which was open until 1am, was a nice place to end the day with a drink. Overall, I was very satisfied and will be back. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends. Well done to everyone involved in the running of the hotel.

    We loved the look and decor, so fun and swanky. The staff were amazing, especially the luggage attendant who showed us the room and lounge. Very comfortable bed and great shower. I think we liked the neighboring Spittelberg quarter better, but it’s very close and all the Vienna sights were accessible from this location. The bar in the hotel was fantastic. Overall, great experience - we would recommend.
