Iv stayed in a lot of so called 5star hotels around the world and to be honest they could learn a lot from the Hotel Marvell. Needed an early check in due to a last minute online business meeting . I called the hotel . The staff were so accommodating. Throughout the stay all the staff were so friendly and Helpful.welcome drink dropped to room after arrival . Room was cleaned daily(twice) food was fresh and delicious. Asked for a late check out again no problem. There was no rushing me out the door to get the next customer in. All in all if I could give a 6 star rating I would.

Brand new, amazing interior, everything is so well thought of. Nestled in the heart of Byron. Probably the nicest hotel with the best location within Byron Bay. The nicest staff, complimentary snacks and coffee, both tasted fantastic. Pool area and common areas so nice to hang out.

The “real coffee machine” not pods! The towels. The courtyard. The spa bath. The friendly staff. The kitchenette with everything! The whole space! I loved that I could park underground out of the rain and access my room.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who always had a smile on their faces, making me feel truly welcome. Their warmth and positive energy added to the overall experience. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. I especially loved the gorgeous heated pool—it was such a highlight of my stay!
