The service from the Reception and Concierge Team from check-in to check-out. The housekeeping staff who brought our boxed tissue and dental kit. They were all so nice, friendly and professional. The hotel itself and the room are very nice too.

This elegant hotel has recently been upgraded and under new management. Guests have access to a shared lounge area and a front garden with outdoor seating. Breakfast is served in the dinning room.

Have stayed here before and will stay here again. I love the old world charm of this place. My husband likes that there is off road parking provided for free. There is a great pub walking distance from the hotel and it is also close to Junction Oval where we watch the Aussie women's cricket team play.

Seamless check in and a warm welcome from Jason who met us at the entry to the building and showed us personally to our apartment. Our ground floor 2xbed apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed with the most amazing over sized kitchen! Beds were very comfy and enjoyed lovely, continuous hot water supply from the showers in the updated bathrooms. Peaceful, safe location with great local cafes just footsteps away, plus well stocked IGA around the corner and city train close by. Altogether made for an ideal stay whilst in Melbourne.
