Stop making the assumption that all teenagers are thieves. Yes. it is true, most thieves are teens, but that doesn't mean that most teens are thieves! It is rude and unfair to assume all the teens walking around the place are dodgy. It is ageist. When you falsely accuse innocent people, it ruins their holidays. So if they start swearing, maybe it is because they have been falsely accused. Being falsely accused of something is very upsetting. Have some empathy. Treat the teen customers with some respect. They are humans who haven't fully grown and that is all. They are just like anyone else - they are people who will show respect when they are given respect.
