The hotel deserves 10 points literally. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. House keeping service is also very successful. The breakfast is one of the best ones within the hotels I stayed abroad. The hotel is in the city center, 10 minutes walking distance from Bascarsija (Başçarşı). The hotel has an indoor parking area as well. There is too much word to say for the employees. They are very kind, respectful and always trying to help. Firstly and particularly, I would like to thank Mr. Ismar, who we had seen constantly during the 2.5 days we stayed, who always helped us with his polite, respectful and cheerful communication as well as meeting our demands. In addition, I would like to thank Ms. Ayla, who welcomed us at the entrance to the hotel and behaved helpful in a friendly way. Finally we are grateful to the all other hotel staff in common with the woman employee in the kitchen who prepared special brewed tea (classic Turkish tea) for us at our breakfast and speaks Turkish very well. This is the great hotel where you will want to take a rest after a tiring day relievedly and start the day well with its breakfast.

We loved our stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was smelling good, towels, sheets.. As soon as we arrived there was a welcome letter for us, a bottle of water and cookies. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and rich. This hotel was one of the kind experience! We would like to thank again the staff for that!

    Fahd mosque is new.

Fahd mosque is new. We went inside after asking if that was allowed. It was. After 10 minutes somebody came who rudely sent us away, in fact only my wife. She then went into the female section where she also rudely was sent away by a gesturing aggressive looking woman. She ever wants to come with me to see a mosque.
