Really nice modern hotel in center of Charleroi . Good bicycle storage inside . Reception was very friendly. Spoke English which made conversation easier . Really nice room - 437 - with view of the square . Very clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Close to many restaurants. Their on-site restaurant was closed but we walked about 300m. to a nice restaurant called “The Huggy Burger” . Very nice breakfast in a comfortable area of the hotel .

This is a cozy family run hotel very well suited for families with Children. Abdul is a gracious host who likes to spoil children( in a good way :)) He is very apolite, helpful and fluent in many langauges. we like everything about the hotel; the rooms, the host and the breakfast.
