First thing first, it smells amazing. As soon as you Step in, the smell makes you feel fresh. Staff was very welcoming and courteous. They took care of everything and guided us right through our stay in Brussels.

Room was big in size and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, just a small bit pricey, the staff at reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and kind. The hotel is located in a nice area near the train station and the European Parliament, overall was a brilliant weekend away and we would definitely recommend it to others and come back ourselves in the future.

The temperature in the room was perfect and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in!! Breakfast is definitely the highlight of the place, great choice and quality! The whole hotel is very clean and even smell nice at all times. Very well decorated, and the staff is professional and discreet at the same time.

    Great staff, very polite and helpful. I came early and wanted to simply leave my bags but I was checked in immediately (and was gifted with a delicious fresh cookie!). Very thankful for this! Quite a large hotel with huge lobby and rooms with high ceilings. My room had a great view to the Rogier square. Good gym too.
