They check the availability and even the booking in the hotel was nearly full, they allow me for an extra early check-in at about 10.00am. and late checkout to 1400. everything was good.. room size, comfort, ambience, BT speaker in the room, complimentary nespresso, herbal teas.. The personnel in the reception was very helpful.. Thank you very much, it was a great stay.!

Very nice lady at the reception, helped with every issue. The room was very clean and very large The breakfast was very good and there was a large selection of food (too few tables in the restaurant in relation to the number of guests)

The staff are really nice and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and modern. Location is just a few minutes away to attractions.

Great location, all the sights and restaurants were walking distance from the hotel. Wonderful, clean, modern hotel with complimentary coffee and cakes. Our friendly host, Mira, was very helpful with directions and recommended two excellent restaurants in the area. Would stay again.
