Experience highlights Sarah in the concierge team. She made our honeymoon so special. Her work ethic and kindness is more than extraordinary. Special thank to the hotel team that we could enjoy the pool view suite instead of the avenue view suite. We are really grateful for it. Housekeeping team are fantastic as well. Team member beyond expectations? Yes, Sarah in the concierge team. She is phenomenal. We’ve had so many questions during our stay and she was really helpful all the time. She is the main reason that we enjoyed our stay so much. Further comments Loved the new old money styled umbrellas at the pool area. Great design. The 100 years old brand is on spot.

I stayed in this hotel for around 15 nights over three different stays. All my stays they maintained a very good standard. The staff is very welcoming, housekeeping is very good. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the beach service. If you opt the ocean view I can tell it is worth the money.

The view of Rio de Janeiro is breathtaking. The accommodation is simply very comfortable. The food is sublime, and the staff is very polite and sophisticated. The restaurant should be granted a Michelin star. The florest surrounding the estate is fantastic.

Check the weather before going up there, otherwise you might not be even able to see the statue due to dense fog/clouds. Also mind that you need to pay an entry fee No matter if you walk or take the train.

Go early in the morning to avoid all the selfie-obsessed InstaFacers that constantly stop, blocking the way for everyone trying to enjoy the monument or views - and take insect repellant. The statue itself is a magnificant thing
