Beautiful, immaculate, fun location in Liberdade (Japanese neighborhood), staff were extremely kind and attentive, very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, overall highly recommend!

• The view was amazing. We chose this hotel mostly for the view and weren't disappointed :) • The room was spacious and had everything we needed. • Good breakfast, many options to choose from. My wife is allergic to gluten and it's nice that they had gluten-free bread. • WiFi worked well.

1) Cleanliness: You don’t have to tell them, when you surrender your keys whenever you leave the hotel, they automatically clean your room. They would replace your towel, take out trash, fix your bed each time! 2) Breakfast: When you decide a breakfast time for yourself, they will deliver your breakfast to your room each morning. It consists of 2 types of Bread, Ham and Cheese, Coffee and Milk, a Biscuit, and fruits! 3) Overall Vibe: During the week of my stay here (February 2025), no construction going on, no noises! As a solo female traveler, I definitely felt safe throughout my stay. I work remotely too. I encountered some internet lagging, but overall I was able to work well.

Great staff that were welcoming and very accommodating. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Incredible breakfast that alone would probably inspire me to stay there again. Really a standout and a testament to the high quality , classical hotel atmosphere and experience. Very central and just off Avenida Paulista.

Amazing stay. Would definitely come back in the future. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they gave us a gift at check-in for Easter that we absolutely loved. They also gave directions to find the shopping mall that is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The area is super safe and clean. We walked back from the mall after sunset and felt secure in getting back to the hotel. The breakfast is exactly as pictured in their pictures. It has a large selection and stays open from 6 to 1030. Food stayed warm and is changed out. The shower had the best water pressure I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms and hotel are very nicely styled and modern. They have fresh water, iced tea, and hot tea near reception as well. They even gave a gift when checking out. The wi-fi is 9/10. I work from home and needed to work in the hotel for a day. I had no issues the entire day and was able to join a meeting with no interruptions and the internet never fell. Absolute best hotel wi-fi I've ever had. I gave it a 9 because I could tell it wasn't as fast as a household internet service. I only had med. sized files to download so I'm not sure how it would stand up for upload/larger files. Would probably just take longer to load large files which is just something to keep in mind.
