The most incredible, most breathtaking hotel we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth and kindness—every single staff member was genuinely lovely, making us feel so valued and cared for. The hotel truly embodies the essence of hospitality at its finest. You’re not just a guest here; you’re embraced and looked after with such generosity that every interaction feels wrapped in genuine warmth. The hotel itself is a masterpiece—absolutely gorgeous in every way. The architecture is grand and palatial, the interiors are refined and elegant, and the attention to detail is simply impeccable. The fresh flower arrangements in the lobby were absolutely stunning and filled the space with beauty and warmth, brightening our days from the moment we stepped inside. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and completely silent—we didn’t hear a single sound from outside. The bed was large, exceptionally comfortable, and made for the best sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel. Everything about the room was designed for relaxation, with warm, dimmable lighting that created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Dining was another level. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, and the room service breakfast was delicious, generous, and reasonably priced. Even the smallest details elevated the experience—plush, luxurious robes (I still miss them), ultra-soft towels, and an aircon that was whisper-quiet yet kept us perfectly warm during one of the coldest times of the year in Toronto. A truly unforgettable moment was when the staff, despite their busy schedules, took the time to personally show us around the hotel’s event venues. The beauty of these spaces left us completely mesmerized—every detail, every design element was pure artistry. Hands down, the most extraordinary hospitality experience we’ve ever had. Every single second in this hotel felt special. The best days of our lives. Worth every single penny—and honestly, ten times more.

This is a great hotel in an Ideal location on King west. Lots of great places to eat close by. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an early arrival to the city so we weren't able to check in right away. The staff kept our luggage safe while we explored the city for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again. We managed to get a decent deal because we booked quite far in advance. It was a win/win.

We had an amazing stay! The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday, and they surprised us with balloons and a cake in the room. Such thoughtful gestures made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel!

From the moment of booking, the staff reached out & offered any support ie. time of arrival; any spa or special trips etc. We got excellent help from the reception & concierge team (shout out to Dean). We were upgraded too, but honestly it was a beautiful hotel, so spacious & well appointed in every way. Room service was fabulous too, lots of choice, amazing quality & arriving promptly. We ordered a car to take us on a trip & one to go back to the airport. So easy. Staff were exceptional & the epitome of 5star service!

    A lot of small artisan shops and galleries together with cafes and coffee shops. Had a lovely breakfast sandwich and coffee from the Brick Lane Bakery as recommended by the guy in the information booth. The day we were there was 29degrees so spent a lot of time looking for shade.

    Location was good for a city trip. You have the distillery district at walking distance and the center is available when you walk, take public transport or just a taxi. The staff is very friendly and even the residents/students are helpful.

    We liked how clean and comfortable this setup is. Knowing the kitchen is not populated ahead of time did not lead to disappointment. The location is excellent. Central enough to walk if you want or grab TTC easily. Plus, the Distillery District is cool enough on it's own. Nearby trails for the Don valley or Tommy Tompson park make this area perfect. The city bikes available out front was good too. We will return here in our next visit to the city.

    The apartment is in a perfect location—close to many attractions and public transportation. My nephew and I enjoyed walking to many sites, including the Distillery District. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy thanks to the step-by-step instructions we had no issues accessing the place. The host reached out to check in and offer help during the stay, which I really appreciated. Thank you! I definitely recommend the place.

    The location was absolutely perfect short walk to the distillery district like 2 mins. The underground parking was great price for Toronto and it was a great clean underground parking garage.

    Great location with easy access to the Distillery District and other nearby attractions. The price was very reasonable for the area. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the space comfortable during the summer. Service was courteous and overall, a pleasant stay.

    good located in old town 15 minutes walk to the distillery district. self check in good organized, just keep in mind all the instruction given. At Kings Road bus station for Union Train station or around 30 minutes walk. the flat is very well furnished with all you need. The owner is assisting you if anything additional need, so thanks a lot, we would definitely recommend it.
