The staff was very friendly and helpful, they also provided an upgrade option at a discounted price which made our stay all the more comfortable. The room was clean and very spacious and the location is perfect for exploring downtown Calgary. The swimming pool is large enough and opening hours are very long so it's easy to enjoy it even with a busy day schedule.
