everything. seriously the best service I have encountered in ages at any hotel. I considered whether to splurge on this property or stay somewhere less elegant. But I am so glad I booked this hotel - it has old world style with very modern attitude and service. Front desk and concierge were all awesome, as was restaurant and spa staff . they even put dog bowls and a little bed in the room for my pup! make sure to ask for a room with a balcony if you can 😍

Amazing view of the lake, great location to walk near the water and to explore the rest of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Luxurious room, the bathroom was a dream 😍.

Great location. Quiet room. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Kind staff. Close to airport and other beautiful places to see. Room was clean. Shower spacious. Blowdryer. Free parking. Would stay again. No complaints.
