Such a fantastic hotel! We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very beautiful old style hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel was perfect. The lady at the reception was very nice. All clean, beautiful rooms. Breakfast was varied. I highly recommend it.👍🙂

Really amazing architecture and design. Very friendly service. Fantastic bedrooms with wonderful views. Lots of cosy spaces and amazing log fires even in the bedrooms.

Great location right in front of the lake. We managed to get a wonderful garden view, the garden is so beautiful, it looks like it was out of a fairy tale. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, any queries we had, they were always a great help. Rooms were very nice and clean with big and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast included was delicious, supplied with a variety of fresh and locally sourced items such as traditional southern kutchen, fresh eggs and fruit. The location was great, within walking distance to local artisan shops and the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the awesome staff at Hotel Frutillar!

    The host Fabian was super friendly and helpful. The place itself was nice, a newish wooden building with 2 or 3 rooms. There's a big common area with tables. It's right on the road to Alerce Andino National Park. Unusually for this type of accommodation, breakfast is included, and you can ask them to make dinner for you as well. We enjoyed our stay.

    Lovely property, steps away from the sea. Very well located for walks in the Alerce Andino National Park. Very clean. The hosts Andrea and Esteban are wonderful people, really friendly, warm and helpful. We took a kayak and saw a seal and dolphins. The breakfast was delicious!
