    1. The location is great. Very close to the Bell Tower. I actually arrived to Xi'an by train and reached the hotel by metro. They sent me the detailed instructions how to reach them if you go by metro. 2. The room was good and convenient. Everything necessary was provided. 3. The travel agents in the lobby arranged the transfer to the airport for me for only 30 yuan. Everything was arranged very good. 4. There are lots of places to eat or have coffee around the hotel.

    We really enjoyed our stay at the Campanile Bell Tower Inn. The location was terrific, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff spoke English and were very helpful. The continental breakfast was an unexpected delight! The atmosphere hit the sweet spot between friendly traveler orientated hostels and a little more cushy expensive hotels. We would stay again.

    The hotel has a room w 2 queen beds for famiky of 4. Location is great just a short walk to Bell tower, which is easy to find foods. The price is low comparing to other cities. Super comfy bed.

    This is a very nice business hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Xi’an near the Bell Tower. It’s within easy walking distance of the main tourist center and the city walls, which made getting around really convenient. The rooms were modern, well-equipped, and the entire hotel felt newly renovated and in excellent condition. Breakfast was really good. Nice Gym and laundry facilities.

    I absolutely love everything about this hotel—it’s truly perfect in every way. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the Bell Tower. Everything is impeccably clean, and all the essentials are thoughtfully provided. There’s no need to ask for anything more. Free water, soda, coffee, and breakfast are just the cherry on top of an already flawless experience!

    I have traveled to many countries, so I have a feeling for which hotels are good. This hotel is a rare good hotel. All the staff are willing to help. It is located in the ancient castle of Xi'an, near the south gate. It takes about 10 minutes by walk from Zhonglou(Bell tower) Station on Subway Line 2. About 10 minutes walk to many tourist attractions. Many restaurants and supermarkets around. It is very quiet at night, so good place to sleep well. Highly recommended, you won't regret it.

    Amazing friendly and attentive staff. I requested to change my room to the back of the hotel so it would be quieter as an early sleeper. They accommodated my request right away. Very convenient location right by the Muslim district with lots of amazing street food and restaurants right outside. Definitely recommend staying here as you get the real authentic Xi’an experience. In walking distance to the bell tower and a lot of popular attractions.

    Very professional service. This hotel is family-friendly. Ms Elsa from reception helped me coordinate with our driver. The other lady earlier helped me with my Alipay. I saw the roof of the bell tower from my window. It was not noisy from the 12/F.

    The hotel is literally in front of the Wall and is a 15-20 min walk to the South Gate Entrance for The Wall. It's also a 15-20 min walk or two bus stops to the Drum Tower,Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. There's plenty of food options around the corner from the hotel and they offer free local ice pops. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The laundry facilities are also free. Also The garden area is very nice and have a nice view of people walking on The Wall. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.
