At the Ritz, all is great, as one would expect. We had some issue with the room, and the issue was solved very professionally: this is how a superior 5 star hotel is supposed to work! Good outdoor swimming pool. Great breakfast (the breakfast at Ritz is the "benchmark" I use to compare breakfasts at other hotels). Superior food quality and ample choice of both western and local food. Can also find india-style breakfast and fresh sushi. Subway a 2 min walk, a food plaza at 3 min walk....

    Professional and friendly front-desk. The room is spacious, the bed and pillow's linen crisp and clean. I love the bed, it's very comfortable. Good location especially if you are arriving from HK via the Futian Railway Station, walking distance. Coco Park is nearby with plenty of food and shops.

    Location: close to city center and just next to the metro station, also a few blocks away from futian railway station Comfort: good bed (even though pillows are a bit too soft), comfy sofa and quite sizeable dressing Space: nice arrangement of the different spaces (night/day, wet/dry), plus a balcony Personnel: friendly and helpful staff despite the last minute booking Equipment: all things needed are provided including toothbrush, razor, extra tissue roll... which is a nice touch
