Reception Service: Soulphen Young was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. She welcomed me warmly, made sure everything was in order, and was always available to assist with any request. Whether it was providing local tips, answering questions, or helping with arrangements, Soulphen's dedication truly stood out. Accommodations and Amenities: The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious rooms that offered the highest level of comfort and elegance. I had an excellent stay at the Guangzhou Wanguo Yuanbao Hotel, especially during the Canton Fair. The service is genuinely five-star, with staff that are both polite and attentive, enhancing the guest experience significantly. They even provided complimentary coffee starting from 10 AM, a nice touch for those who appreciate a morning pick-me-up.The breakfast options cater to a diverse palate, featuring both American and Oriental selections, all delicious. The rooms were consistently clean, with daily refills on amenities, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.Dining options nearby add to the appeal. Tao Tao Ju, located within the hotel complex, offers delicious dim sum and Cantonese cuisine and holds the distinction of being Guangzhou's oldest dim sum restaurant. A short walk away, around 500 meters, is Dim Dou Dak, another excellent choice for dim sum. For those interested in a night out, a 1.5 km walk will take you to a whiskey bar and pub. There are plenty of other food options nearby, so meal options are plentiful and varied.Overall, I give this hotel a superb 5-star review for its outstanding service, cleanliness, amenities, and fantastic surrounding dining experiences.
