Fabulous attention and service all around. I wish I would have stayed longer. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The staff spoke English and were very helpful for helping me book some tickets.

Location is great, in a safe area and close to many attractions. The hotel is quiet, bed is clean and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. There is a great Chinese restaurant on site, it serves good Chinese at reasonable prices.

The hotel is situated in a traditional Chinese garden. our room has stunning garden views and excellent interior amenities. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Suzhou. I would definitely come back again.
