Room designed very meticulously, the usage of the products, designs, view, all the details were perfect. Feel like you are special. Location was more then perfect. Exactly inside the heart of the city. Breakfast was great, even for Europeans. And staff, everybody were very polite, helpful, know what to do.

Loved the conscierge service. They were extremely helpful when my credit card was swallowed by an atm. Note to future travellers: do not expect to be able to withdraw money on weekends when Banks are closed. The gym was great too.

The hotel is in the most interesting and busy area of ​​Shanghai. Both the concierge part and the reception part are 10. Very humane and close treatment.
