We had a fantastic experience at Xishu Garden Inn. The Inn's team is highly professional, friendly, and very helpful. They helped us book train, museum, and theater tickets, helped us with our Alipay, gave us detailed directions to wherever we were going, and even helped us with our Chinese. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were able to do our laundry and they offered us a variety of cleaning services. The breakfasts were excellent, varied, and healthy. We'd have given them a 20, if possible. We'll definitely return next time we're in Chengdu.

Very clean, confortable. The breakfast was various, with many chinese dishes but interesting. My room was amazing confortable, the most I ever had. The personel does speak just a very little english. We used a lot google translate.

Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.
