I want to commend the front desk staff Mr. Ren at Holiday Inn Express Shenyang North Station Hotel for his exceptional service during our rainy arrival night. His quick help with umbrellas and luggage was truly appreciated. The hotel's location, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, and modern amenities like the helpful robot made our five-day stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room is comfortable and m9dern, with attention to detail. Also well maintained. The location is quite good, adjacent to a commercial centre with shops, supermarket and a lot of options for dining and entertainment, and also facing Youth Park for some down time or morning jogging. A short ride to Mukden Palace ( or a 30-40 minutes walk) and the cultural sites around it.
