The staff were pretty helpful and kind. The food was good every day. The location of this hotel is the best in Cartagena. The swimming pool was pretty beautiful with a great view of the "Castillo de San Felipe de Barajas."

Completely new hotel and beautifully decorated. Right in the center of the old quarter. The rooms are totally sound proof and with a comfortable mattress for a good night rest. Breakfast is excellent and really generous. Best boutique hotel we have stayed in!!

This is the best large hotel we have ever visited. All facilities were A+. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We had access to the lounge which had the best morning and afternoon buffets we have ever experienced. The location was ideal for our visit to the naval base, and it’s a reasonable walk to the old city.

Staff awesome very kind and lovely personel. Breakfast superb! Facilities renovaded you can tell it's an old hotel but it's clean and upkept. Minor issues while there.
