The staff are very helpful - right from Lenka and Alina at the front desk - to the wait staff at Puglia. The most amazing things in Prague aside from the views are the people...and its true for the staff at the hotel. I love that the hotel has provided topnotch basic necessities, has a restaurant onsite, and is very close to transport. There are also a lot of eating options shd one decide to eat outside the hotel.

I booked this on a whim because of the Mucha artwork. My partner spent the previous week at a much more expensive hotel close by, and he agreed that Mucha was much better. It was beautifully decorated, the service was excellent, the breakfast was tasty. We were very happy all round.

The hospitality was excellent! On the last day of our stay it was my birthday. The doorbell rang and two ladies who served us breakfast came in holding a plate of sweets with a birthday candle in their hands. They sang happy birthday to me. It was very touching! It was the best birthday I have ever had!! Thank you very much!! ❤️

Excellent hotel! What can I say? They were very polite and took care of everything. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and we were allowed to have an early check-in and late checkout. Perfect! Rooms were clean and spacious. Showers were good too. Breakfast was full of choices. We had three course dinner at the bistro and food was super delicious! Overall, great stay! Highly recommend!
