Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and impressive interior and exterior, very tasty food. They were very flexible and prepared with special food on my special requests - I did not even have to ask, they offered to preare for it (they bought it only for me). I was very impressed.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. When I arrived, the receptionist was professional and welcoming, offering a drink voucher and asking if I needed any assistance. The check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of the welcome drink in the lobby. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant view of the street. I liked having an espresso machine with coffee and tea options, which made the room feel cozy. The bathroom had good water pressure, and the large bathtub was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast had a nice variety of fresh breads, cheeses, fruits, and coffee and tea options. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff kept everything well-organized and clean. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, allowing me to have a smooth Zoom call without interruptions. At check-out, the reception team kindly provided me with a discount voucher for a future stay, a bottle of water, and a keepsake magnet. Overall, the hotel’s friendly staff and central location made my stay very enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again! The beds were so comfortable I thought I was on a CLOUD. You get to pick from three different pillows, each different size and softness, and you just don't want to get up in the morning! There was also an overhead "rain" shower, and in case you haven't tried one yet, it's like the water gives you a nice warm hug. Very please, will definitely travel here again!
