The staff was very kind and helpful. We wanted to leave our backpacks in the hotel before check-in (which was at 15:00), because we were there earlier than expected (around 13:00). They said that it could be possible to leave the backpacks and come back later; however, this was not even necessary, because the room was ready at that time (although it may have been luck). We got the "small room", because we were staying only for one night, but it was waayy better than expected. Definitely will come back again.

We have been here for almost a week. The staff behind the counter and the people who serve at breakfast are very friendly, attentive and cheerful. Around the more than fantastic, varied and extensive breakfast, many homemade products, each even tastier than the other. The rooms are spacious, spotless and it is incredibly quiet there, even though you are in the middle of the city, almost unreal.
