There's is no receptionist, and everything is there for you to self checkout. Very easy to do. If you did need help, there was an employee on standby. Loved this feature as I have never experienced this before.

We were walking there from the train station and the street signs along the way were very helpful. The check in was very easy, I got an email which gave us a code to get our key from a lock box! Worked great. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. It was nice to get a few free drinks in the fridge. The breakfast the next morning was excellent!
