Comfortable, excellent view of the city, clean sauna and good breakfast. But the highlight of this hotel is the excellent and helpful staff. Friendly from the moment we arrived until we left, giving us tips on the city and the Christmas market.

The room was satisfactory, comfortable and clean. During our stay, there was no breakfast service due to staff illness but we were given helpful guidance about where we could source something to eat in the following morning. Hotel restaurant where we chose to eat in the evening was very nice. Location was good, just opposite the entrance to the Triberg waterfalls and we were given a voucher for free entrance to the waterfalls as part of our booking which was a nice bonus

Nice apartment in a farm, we were treated very well by Barbara and Isabella from day 1, you can see al their animals (even llamas!!), beautiful walk behind the house. Quiet place to rest and move around Triberg área. Also they provide a guest card to access many things fir free in the área (e.g. Triberg waterfalls or Rhin falls and boat trips,, etc)

Very comfortable and close to the Triberg waterfalls. There was clear instruction as to where to get the key and access wifi. There was also netflix which we enjoyed using in the evening.

Very cozy little hotel in the heart of the city. The cafe on the first floor is very popular and have a big assortiment of cakes and chocolates. It is nice to have a coffee and cake pause. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The parking is not expensive. The Triberg waterfalls in the walking distance and it is free admission with guests crt provided by hotel. The guest cart also give free access to some local places such as Ski lifts, museums, etc..
