What a great hotel. Each room has a theme associated with an author and book. It was extremely clean and comfortable and very roomy. Located just a couple of minutes from the train station, it is also 5-10 minutes by foot to the Münster and the Old Town. The staff are lovely. All of them. Breakfast was great and they really took care to make sure we were happy and had what we needed. They even helped me pack my breakfast one morning when I was in a hurry and sent me on my way with hit chocolate. My friend moved to a room in the hotel down the hall and was much happier there than her previous hotel. It's really great. Gemütlich.

I had a wonderful experience at Novotel hotel in Freiburg. It was very close to the Freiburg Train station, for me it’s very convenient to take a tour in the city, also not far from the city center. The service was quite good when I arrived hotel on the first day. I love it and will highly recommend to others!

Charming hotel with a local feel and very good comfort. Excellent breakfast with a large choice of products, including local and organic ones. Central location, close to the train station and the downtown area, and with a pleasant park just nearby. Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Nice touches like available drinks during the day in the living room, and access to a small back garden.
