Legoland Billund
Ships sail, cars drive and lights twinkle in Miniland, a miniature world made from over 20 million colourful plastic bricks. Stroll from Dutch windmills all the way to the Statue of Liberty, or sit back and see the sights from aboard a giant Lego train. Kids can even try their hand at directing in the Legoland version of an LA film studio.

Super fun - we stayed 9 hours!
Super fun - we stayed 9 hours! Definitely recommend the reserve and ride - without this our day would have been spent queuing for rides. It was packed - way too many people - queues for absolutely everything. We arrived on opening which was great - managed a few rides before the hordes of people arrived. Wifi is definitely an issue in the park - couldn't connect to use reserve and ride or scan photos to purchase - very annoying. All up a very fun day even if we spent most of it battling through the crowds. Miniland was awesome.

Legoland was a ton of fun.
Legoland was a ton of fun. We came on the first day of the season and much was still closed, but even then the kids said they wanted to come back and spend another day there. We will have to plan another trip! Don't forget to plan to spend some time in the Lego store there, where there are some older treasures and some unique Lego items. Their pick-a-brick is available by the kilo, which is a great way to price!

Excellent location to basecamp for a visit to Legoland Billund. The property is isolated from the main road in a quiet corner of countryside between a wood and cultivated fields. During our stay we spotted plenty of wild fauna such as deers, hogs and hares. Bad weather prevented us from using the gardens, since the house includes a big lawn area with fireplaces and tables for outside meals.

Very close to the Legoland Billund. Parking is possible in front of the hotel during the Legoland stay. Very good breakfast with good choice. One night stay.

Great breakfast and very cute restaurant area. Another huge bonus was it was a 3 minute walk to LEGO House (you could see it from room window), and 20 minute walk to LEGOland Billund. The food was excellent when we ate dinner at the restaurant as well.
