The room was very pleasant and clean. Everything was really comfortable, the views were nice and the location is awesome - 10 min from the airport by train and about 15 min from the city center by metro. For such a low cost of the stay (low for Copenhagen standards) the quality was amazing. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The check-in and check-out process was effortless.

Relaxing,fun & beautiful hotel! Room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were kind & friendly. If I ever get back to Copenhagen, this is the only place I’ll stay!

Loved that each floor had snacks and drinks for purchase, the smart shower system to conserve water, the balcony was fun, beds were comfortable, we did not use the pool but looked great!
