Our room boasted elegant decor, plush linens, and a beautiful view of the gardens, providing a perfect sanctuary of comfort. Dining was a pleasure, with a breakfast buffet rich in variety and flavor, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful in suggesting delightful local dishes.

This place is excellent , clean and quiet The staff are very helpful and friendly Breakfast is good Just one thing, if you request an Uber you have to inform the driver to enter from gate 5 which is the nearest gate in the compound to the Villa Big thanks to Tarik, Mohammed, Akram and the lady at the reception and all other staff who I can't remember their names. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Cairo for a few days while attending my best friend’s wedding, which was also hosted at the hotel. To make the experience even more special, it happened to be my birthday during the stay — and I can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed. Everyone — from the front desk to housekeeping and all other staff — was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. A special surprise was the complimentary birthday cake they sent to my room, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a breathtaking view of the golf course — waking up to that view each morning was a treat in itself. The wedding venue was absolutely stunning — elegant, classy, and perfectly organized. Every detail was handled with care, and it truly made for a magical celebration. Overall, my experience at JW Marriott Cairo was nothing short of amazing. I felt pampered, celebrated, and completely at ease. I’m already looking forward to my next visit — I’ll definitely be coming back!
