    WARNING:

    WARNING: My family's experience with San Stefano Luxury apartments was really disappointing. We stayed @ tower#6, eleventh floor, apartment #3 and all I can say, it was a garbage apartment. For the price we paid, we could have 10 times better hotel rooms. The photos of this apartment didn't represent the actual apartment condition which was filthy. I have real life photos of this place and I want to share it. When we complained and wanted to leave, they insisted on charging us the full 5 days even though we couldn't stand to stay in this apartment for more than 2 nights until we were able to make other arrangements. I believe that Booking.com has to assume it's responsibility for misleading clients. When I came back to Canada, I found that the Booking.com review rate was misleading and totally inaccurate, I checked other websites reviews and it was a much less rated than Booking.com

    I had a pleasant stay at Rhactus house in Alexandria.The studio was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with essential amenities. Staff were friendly, especially Mr.Baher. The location was excellent, on the Corniche with easy access to restaurants and shops because it's just next to san stefano grand plaza. Having the equipped kitchen is a bonus for those who like to cook during their stay. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back again.
