The location of the hotel is perfect, within the old city center, 5 min walk to the major attractions. I really liked the hotel itself, medieval style building with inner patio, calm and quiet, while being on the main street. The room is spacious, well equipped with mini fridge, toiletries and a very comfortable bed.

This hotel is very well run and organized in the respect, that everything is very well maintained and exceptional clean! Also, we found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional, we were very well taken care of within the hotel accommodations. Also, to be noted is that the hotel location is perfect for visiting the city, 1 can walk to the center of Alcala de Henares in less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
