Absolutely everything!!! The room was fabulous, both Paula & Daniel at reception were fantastic. The communication via bookings.com with this hotel was first class. We have been travelling in Spain for around 3 weeks with multiple hotels and this is the best experience so far! Fresh fruit in the room and a glass of sparkling on arrival. On site parking and a brilliant location. If you like seafood check out restaurant MARUCHO just 5 min walk and absolutely fantastic 😎

Could use improvement in servicing its clientele with pertinent information, instead of sending people to another window, finding the information and coming back to the first window. The system seems either very antiquated or its staff is not properly trained .

Excellent location. The Santander bus station is right across from the hotel, and the train station is actually in the same building. The hotel also operates one of the best bar-restaurants in the area, so you get an all-in-one package. All local buses stop just across the street, and intercity buses like ALSA make it easy to reach nearby cities. (Tip: the bus station’s -2 floor has spacious luggage storage lockers, only €4 per day.)
