We enjoyed the charm of the interior of the building while enjoying all the conveniences of the updated room. We were on the 5th floor and enjoyed a king size bed with quality bedding and pillows. The room also had a single murphy bed which we did not use but is a nice bonus. We had just come off of a cruise and the well appointed bathroom was almost the same size as our stateroom with quality towels and amenities. Staff brought wonderful quality chocolates each evening. There was an espresso machine in the room, a well stocked mini fridge and a window in both the bathroom and main area for natural light. Tapas between 4 and 7 was a great way to recharge for the evening. The location was perfect and within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants and outdoor patios. Front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist as needed.

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere was. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, and every corner of the hotel reflected care and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The hotel's location was another highlight—situated in a vibrant neighborhood that was full of energy, yet the hotel itself offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. It was the perfect balance of excitement and tranquility. I couldn’t have wished for a better stay in Madrid, and I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!
