We are enjoying staying in this hotel. Very clean and the staffs are friendly. Room is big enough for 3 persons. Comfy beds, love it. Lovely large shower. Water available in the room. Nice breakfast Excellent location, is not very busy. Train/metro station and bus stop are in front of the hotel. Within 15 minutes you will be at Gran Via. Free storage baggage. Fantastic staff, very nice, and very welcoming to my pet dog. Upgraded my room for free and provided free parking because they weren't busy.

I booked this hotel because I wanted to visit some of the major art museums and this was in the perfect location. The rooms were clean and spacious and I loved the balcony, ceiling fan, and "rain" shower head. I also read many of the positive reviews and they were all correct! The staff was fabulous, the location great, and the rooms lovely. It is a short walk to the museums and into town, and to the Atocha train station. There is also a grocery store across the street and many small shops close by. I will totally stay here again when I next come to Madrid!
