Everything about the property was amazing. The rooms the friendly staff. The only bad this is the concierge there is one specific lady that promises and does not do. That fixed should be more than perfect the hotel.

Food is perfect, beach is like 5min by walk, main street is 7-8min walk so location is perfect. If you want full experience of Mallorca you need to rent a car. Beaches are perfect. Clean every day, towel change every day.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was wonderful. We were lucky because our room was far away from the entertainment area and with an amazing view of the sea. - The room was spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. - The food was good, mostly the dishes were repetitive except for a few, but overall we were not bored and everyone could find something to taste. The waiters in the restaurant are very efficient. - One minute to a beautiful clean beach with crystal clear water. - Lots of different areas (several bars, restaurant, 2 pools) and entertainment from animators. - Staff were friendly and helpful. - Supermarket 2 minutes walk away.
