The staff went way above expectations helping my husband and I when we arrived. Our passports were missing and they helped extensively. We were able to locate them at the airport but only with the assistance of the staff. From the front desk, to the porter, to the security and drivers we could not have been happier. When could have been a disaster was averted because of the staff.
