Wonderful stay all around! The room (102) was enormous, and the private terrace had stunning views over the hills north of the city. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, right in the old town and just a short stroll from the Plaza Mayor.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient access to rooms. Lobby is on floor 1 but there’s access to the elevator on floor 0. Parking is right in front of the property. Short walk to sights without being in the middle of everything. Restaurant had good food.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was air conditioning. The bathroom had a towel warmer and hair straightener, which came in handy on a rainy day. The location is perfect. Close to the aqueduct and tapas street, but far enough away to avoid crowds.
