The staff Wera all very helpful and very nice to talk to. Always with a smile on their faces. As I arrived early, I was delighted to have the possibility of an early check in and a late check out the day after. This was of great importance to make the journey as wonderful as it was. The hotel is very close to the metro station. So definitely very convenient. It's also within a walking distance to many attractions. The room is clean and comfortable. No noise coming from the street at night. I also got upgraded from a single to a double room.

Excellent Opera house, with a great seat pretty much...

Excellent Opera house, with a great seat pretty much anywhere, as it is a medium size opera house. Saw the NY Met's version of Medea last season, which was great, but the production here was even better! Note that online booking system has a 3D visualizer when choosing seating and none are cheap, but a fair value for the quality of the production.

Nice big apartment in a great location near Plaza de Espana and Plaza de Santa Domingo with a supermarket and several metro stops nearby. Easy walk to Teatro Real. New modern appliances in the apartment and everything worked.
