I came in at 2pm and a free upgrade was provided as my original room was not ready. I was very happy to be staying in an appartment. Much more convenient. I really appreciated the gesture.

Great staff with a fantastic restaurant. The breakfast was really nice too. The location is great for bus access and the town of Les Houches is not too busy. Skiing was also great with a good choice of levels for families. Also some lovely walks nearby.
