Staff very helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs. We travelled for 6 weeks in Europe and they were one of the best. eg Transport advice, bag storage , chilled our wine provided etc , Good location to catch the bus and trains. Easy parking a little out from the centre of Lyon. Outdoor seating on to a courtyard lawn with table and chairs.

The rooms are very comfortables and the amenities is amazing ( clarins ) But the staff is wonderful, very attentive and kind !
