The Pullman is a fantastic new hotel, very well designed with comfortable beds. We loved the design of the bathroom, the Clarins products, the quality towels and bathrobes. The staff was more than friendly and very accommodating to hold our luggage for the day. The hotel location is very convenient next to one of the major train stations in Lyon.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Being a smaller hotel it felt very calm and we had no problem securing a lounger around the pool area. The staff speak very good English and are very attentive. They made our stay very special.

Staff was kind and so helpful in making reservations and suggestions on things to do. The room was great - but if you go, request a city view room! We were disappointed by our view - and privacy thereof.

Very central location and yet a quiet neighborhood. Amazing staff. I stayed in the cinema room (no windows) which was much nicer than I had expected. A very cute and modern hotel, would stay again if back in Lyon.
